Must Have

  • Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities, and documenting the technical business requirements to meet the functional requirements.
  • Experience developing context diagrams, use cases, and use case models.
  • Experience developing process maps, stakeholder maps, and assessments.
  • Experience creating systems diagrams.
  • Experience writing business cases and conducting options analysis.
  • Robust communication skills.
