Sr Business Analyst (SailPoint or Tivoli)

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Sr Business Analyst'.

Key Criteria:

  • Investigate business requirements using a range of tools including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process mapping 'As Is' and 'To Be', scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct complex information into clear communication and distinguish user requests from the true underlying needs
  • Determine in and out of scope and conduct assessments of Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and document, review and manage the mitigation of these throughout the project
