RQ00197 - Sr. Business Analyst

6 month contract (131 business days) - possible extension. 3 days onsite (which will eventually change to 5) - 277 Front Street West, 4th floor.

Must Haves:

  • 7 years of stakeholder management and reporting I⁢ wide performance KPIs
  • 7 years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
  • 7 years of hands‑on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA etc.)
  • 7 years of excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)
  • 7 years Support resource utilization tracking and management

Nice to Have:

  • CPA or Finance
  • Public Sector experience
