Sr. Business Analyst

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to act as a strategic advisor to our clients and a foundational leader within our delivery teams. In this high-ownership, forward-deployed role, you will not just gather requirementsyou will architect business solutions, establish analytical frameworks, and spearhead our AI-first delivery methodology. You will serve as the primary strategic bridge between executive client stakeholders, software architects, and engineering teams. Responsibilities Strategic Consulting: Lead discovery workshops with C-suite and executive stakeholders to diagnose systemic pain points and define the overarching product vision. AI-First Frameworks: Establish and optimize the team's standard operating procedures for using AI acceleration tools in requirements gathering, data analysis, and validation.
