Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Experience with customer-facing (external) web applications with Buyflow, e.g., Amazon.ca with Buyflow – used by external users, and experience managing a step-by-step external customer journey from selecting a product to placing an order.
• Experience working in an Agile – Scrum Team with a good understanding of scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Retro, Stand up, Review/Demo, Grooming/Backlog refinement); SAFE team experience is a plus, along with estimation techniques.
• Experience working indirectly/directly with UI/UX or design teams and stakeholders, including Product Owner.
