We seek a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with an effective focus on data pattern analysis and managing stakeholder expectations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless communication, data quality and integrity. The Senior Business Analayst should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and drive quality assurance testing and UAT, and triage incoming issues, defects, and enhancement requests. Individuals with a balance in decision making, empathy towards business needs, and an understanding of delivery (Waterfall and AGILE) related constraints will be preferred.
