Sr. Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

A full-set transactional accounting role within a fast-growing education group of 120+ people. You will own the day-to-day bookkeeping across the group's entities - processing, reconciling, and closing with accuracy and consistency. Whilst you work remotely, you are a core part of the finance team, expected to be responsive, proactive, and fully embedded in the rhythm of the business. This role suits someone with 3–5 years of solid bookkeeping experience who takes genuine pride in keeping clean books.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily transactional processing

• Maintain full sets of accounts: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments
• Process supplier invoices, staff expense claims, and customer receipts accurately and promptly
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and flag issues to the Accountant
