Sr BIM Modeler - Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with 7+ years of hands-on experience to work on US-based building services projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical systems modeling, coordination, and BIM standards, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) using Revit as per US project standards.

• Prepare LOD 300–400 models, construction documents, and shop drawings.

• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Electrical).

• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and markups from US clients/consultants.

• Ensure compliance with US codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).

• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and attend coordination meetings as required.
