Key Responsibilities  

1. Electrical BIM Delivery & Technical Oversight  

  • Lead the production and review of  detailed electrical construction and coordination drawings   in compliance with  US standards and codes .  

  • Oversee  conduit modelling, lighting fixture layouts,  device   and equipment placement   in line with Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD).  

  • Ensure  accurate   interpretation and implementation of  design and contract drawings   across BIM models.  

 

2. Coordination & Constructibility  

  • Lead electrical coordination with  architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines .
