Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead (Sr. BIM Architect) with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a team of 5–6 BIM professionals while also contributing individually to project deliverables, ensuring compliance with international standards (US/UK), maintaining quality, and meeting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural BIM modeling and project deliverables (LOD 100–400).
- Handle and mentor a team of 5–6 BIM Architects/Modelers while actively contributing as an individual contributor.
