TechBlocks has built its reputation on a strong enterprise-focused go-to-market model rooted in Account-Based and Direct Selling. We are scaling our Inside Sales team and seeking an experienced Senior BDR/SDR with a proven background in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and leveraging AI-driven GTM tools to drive intelligent prospecting and pipeline growth.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, GTM, this individual will be responsible for achieving inside sales targets while shaping and executing GTM strategies across multiple North American territories. The role requires someone with the ability to connect with senior decision-makers, understand complex business challenges, and position TechBlocks’ digital transformation solutions as enablers of growth.

This is a North America–focused role with up to 25% travel expected for client events, industry conferences, and executive-level meetings.
