Role description: 

  • Configuring, Troubleshooting and supporting the Routing, Switching, Security and DNS/DHCP/IPAM an needs of enterprise customers.
  • Install/Decom/Modify/Troubleshoot network elements remotely and in compliance with customer/ATT standards, as part of Incidents, service requests, Change requests or Complex change/Projects requirements.
  • Coordinate with field support engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute complex multi phased changes to the customer network and troubleshooting complex issues involving the infrastructure.
  • Inventory and documentation management including creating, updating and maintaining.
  • Interface with the customer architects, implementation mangers, vendors, operations, other engineering team and account team members to gather requirements for assigned tickets.
