Key Deliverables:

  • Convert business needs into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues impacting clinical trial execution
  • Document and maintain system configurations, user manuals, and test plans
  • Support validation and compliance documentation for GxP-regulated systems

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and propose long-term technical solutions
  • Liaise with external CROs and partners to ensure systems meet operational expectations
  • Support agile delivery cycles and manage change/problem resolution processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation aligned with regulatory and compliance standards
