Job Summary
The Sr. Associate, Human Resources (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for addressing local organizational challenges with people-focused solutions that align with Alcon’s mission. You will build effective and meaningful relationships to deliver annual people processes, coach managers, and implement strategic HR initiatives, including compensation, performance, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for Talent Acquisition, supporting workforce planning, hiring strategies, and end-to-end recruitment delivery—particularly for Temporary Fixed-Term Direct Labor (local and foreign workforce).
