Sr Associate-HR Systems & Authorizations 

PURPOSE


The HR Systems and Authorizations Senior Associate supports the HR Operations through correspondence management, talent management and cloud management within the HR Systems and Authorizations service delivery stream. The role ensures the accurate processing and reliable use of the HR systems, which enables employees, managers and HR teams to operate effectively.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform and monitor HR Correspondence Management, Talent Management, and Cloud Management activities, including HR Portal Management, Document Management, and Global Testing Coordination

  • Acts as the next-level contact for HR Business Partners and HR Professionals to support the Bayer internal Authorization process

  • Review and maintain the global role catalogue to ensure accuracy and relevance.
