Source and recruit Aerospace Engineering professionals across the US.Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.Hire for roles such as Aerospace Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Stress Engineer, Systems Engineer, Avionics Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Electrical Engineer.Utilize Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS for sourcing.Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, and compensation.Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.Build and maintain a strong aerospace talent pipeline.Meet client SLAs and recruitment targets.Required Skills
2+ years of US Staffing experience.Experience hiring Aerospace Engineering professionals.Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
