Sr. Application Support Analyst - 57683

Location: 2 days onsite currently, could go to 4 to 5 days onsite. Must be flexible to meet this requirement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Level of Education: IT background- Post secondary education

Certifications Required: Unix cert would be a nice to have

Years of Overall Experience: Minimum would be 5 years

How will performance be measured: Internal metrics

Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:

Mainframe- would be advantage

Monitoring tools- Dynatrace

Understanding of using AI tools for support would be helpful

Development background would be helpful- to be able to understand how application works (JAVA, Oracle, SQL)

SWIFT environment experience and payments would be an advantage
