Job Description

You will join an international, 24/7 application support team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Engage with application end users to analyze, document, and take ownership of issues through successful resolution
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SREs, Test Engineers, and Development teams to implement permanent solutions
  • Enhance monitoring frameworks and ensure round-the-clock system availability through on-call support
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to continuously improve platform availability, performance, functionality, and security
  • Work with industry-leading technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, and Docker
