What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sr Analyst, Production Application Support for the Enterprise Technology team, you will be accountable for providing daily operational support to GOW Infrastructure, business users, client groups, QA partners and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with other technology and business teams as well to ensure appropriate delivery of support services by adhering to CIBC standards and operating procedures.
