Sr Analyst, Procurement (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified suppliers for requirements, leveraging existing agreements to the fullest extent.
• Manage purchase order placement process from requisition to invoice payment for assigned commodities within the Indirect team.
• Obtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery in support of commodity supplier and cost strategies.
• Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations or decisions.
• Ensure product on-time delivery to schedule.
• Initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time and terms & conditions.
• Complete purchase order documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely placement of orders to support business needs and meet team defined turn times.
• Strong communication skills to interface with requisitioner and other functional groups.
