Sr. Analyst, Performance Programs

The Performance Programs Senior Analyst's primary responsibility is to perform analysis and develop business intelligence in support of Asurion Customer Solutions' incentive programs. This role will be responsible for analysis of experts' pay and performance. Customer Solutions (CS) is an organization of over 10,000 experts providing support to our subscribers across all business units in multiple channels including voice, messaging, chat as well as in-store and in-home technicians.
