Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain MS Exchange versions (2013/2016/2019) and on-premise infrastructure, including backup and restore procedures, mailbox management, and public folder replication.
  • Provide advanced support for Exchange Online services, including hybrid configurations, mail flow troubleshooting, and message tracking.
  • Configure and troubleshoot remote email access using Outlook and OWA.
  • Manage and maintain anti-SPAM products and Enterprise Vault Servers.
  • Architect, design, and implement solutions using Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance.
  • Handle Tier 3 operations and assist Tier 1 and 2 teams with complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot advanced Office 365 issues using tools like PowerShell and diagnostic tools while adhering to SLA timelines.
