Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement(CRM) をはじめとした多様なビジネスアプリ導入プロジェクトにおいて、Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketingモジュールなどのデベロッパーとして要件定義から設計、実装、テスト、導入、保守まで一気通貫の業務をご担当いただきます。仕事内容について業務整理・要件定義作業のサポート └ 業務フロー整理、Fit/Gap一次分析、会議準備・議事録作成など設計~テスト工程の実務対応└ 詳細設計の入力作成補助、設定・機能検証、単体試験の実施と証跡作成課題・リスク・情報の整理と仮説検証└ 問題の構造化、仮説立案・検証、解決策の提案とレビュー依頼ドキュメンテーションとコミュニケーション└ 明確で簡潔な文章で資料を作成学習・関係構築・チーム貢献└ 必要な知識の習得、新規メンバーのバディ支援、クライアントとの基本的な関係構築。
