Sr. Analyst – Collateral Setup

We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides support to USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry, which is a recognized leader in private real estate lending, capital markets, and securitization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up or updating Collateral Docs input into loan servicing database
• Setting up Title Policy, Hazard Insurance / Insurance Binder / Flood Insurance in loan servicing database.
• Updating Post close Appraisal to Loan servicing database.
• Setting up Deed of Trust in loan servicing database.
• Update / Input Pledge code and investor code changes into servicing data base.
• Take the initiative to complete tasks / next steps proactively, always within deadlines, while being insightful, accurate, and consistent.
