Overview
This role supports BMO’s Winning Culture and Ambition 2030 enablement strategy, driving behavior change, leader activation, and cultural integration across the organization. It supports the strategic direction, governance, program design, and execution of the Winning Culture program and provides advice and counsel related to culture through a variety of business/group & leadership engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex cultural and engagement data into programmatic interventions.
- Partner across HR, Ethics, ONFR, and Risk teams to assess and manage culture and behavior risk through integrated frameworks and dashboards.
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for activation and sustainment of behavior change that drives high performance.
