What You Will Do

  • Involve NPI phase project requirement review and component TCO review.
  • Understand and familiar with each key supplier system/process capability.
  • Involve team on supplier selection full frame review and team work out final decision. Based on component requirement, identify supplier opportunity, drive/push/involve supplier development on supplier capability improvement, including but not limit on equipment, process, tooling…High risk supplier/component APQP process management and PPAP review. Ensure move to mass production smoothly.
  • Relevant information sharing and delivery to AQP/MQA/DPE. Lesson learn database maintenance.
  • Contact bridge on supplier NPI issue between CD team and ASQ team for suppliers out of Sichuan.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
  • 5 years minimum in supplier quality or advance quality management. Knowledge for metal part.<...
