This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting a timely close process, and strengthening day-to-day accounting operations. The role begins with in-office training and may transition to a hybrid schedule based on team needs.

• Lead core activities tied to the monthly close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and financial data is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate support, maintaining consistency across the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and follow through on outstanding items until cleared.
