Responsibilities

Client & Post-Sale Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
  • Own ongoing client engagement, ensuring proactive communication and long-term relationship development.
  • Lead wrap reporting and review meetings, transitioning performance insights into forward-looking planning conversations.
  • Drive upsells and incremental growth initiatives across existing accounts.
  • Maintain visibility into pipelines and forecasting opportunities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on cross-brand or net-new introductions when appropriate.
