Role Overview
Tonic Worldwide is seeking a Senior Client Partner with 1–2 years of agency experience in account management/client servicing. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and strategic coordination across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and effective client relationships
- Manage end-to-end account operations including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, performance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable plans
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines and quality standards
