The Fulfilled by Maersk Platform is looking for a Support engineer who will provide support to FbM Level 1 Support Engineer. The right candidates for these positions will possess a need to provide agile and quality support services for business operations, and then coordinate the installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of FbM Applications (Warehouse Management System, Depot Management System, Yard Management System, Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …) used by the Platform. Understanding of technology in an FbM operational environment, having earned this experience through a career spent on-site supporting operational teams.

• Has the capability & take ownership to drive the analysis, evaluation and troubleshooting the SQL tasks (MSSQL, MYSQL) and related issues for all the FbM Applications.
