What We're Looking For (Hard Skills)
• Proven experience with SQL Server 2019+ multi-instance and high availability environments. Expertise with Installation, Configuration, Patching,
Backups/Restores, Snapshots, Rollbacks are required.
Very solid security knowledge and creativity for ensuring data safety.
Strong expertise with SQL Server performance optimization on index level (rowstore, columnstore, fulltext, in-memory) as well as deep understanding of the statistics. Experience with partitioning is a bonus point.
Great observability knowledge (starting with the knowledge of the relevant SQL Server DMVs).
Outstanding T-SQL knowledge with SQL Server Experience with PaaS is greatly appreciated.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices is not required but preferred.
Good knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL and Power BI are strong differentiation points but are not required.
