1. 7+ years of experience in database platforms support in a large-scale environment
2. Skills in architecting, implementing and providing post implementation support
3. Ensure on time service delivery to internal and external customers
4. Exposure and knowledge of large-scale production support
5. Exposure in large-scale upgrades, migrations and transitions in the support area
6. Security implementation of the products coming under the portfolio
7. Problem, Incident, escalation and change management in line with ITIL process
8. Adoption of new database technologies and open source database support
