Job Description

Datacentrix is looking for a
SQL DBA
with experience in
clustering, log shipping, and mirroring.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance of our organization's SQL Server database environment. Your expertise in these technologies will be crucial in designing, implementing, and managing database solutions that provide data integrity, availability, and seamless failover.

Required Qualifications:

  • Matric plus Diploma/Degree in IT
  • Microsoft SQL certification
  • 10+ years MS SQL Server Administration experience required
  • Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Strong understanding of PowerShell & T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, triggers etc.
  • Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
  • Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL ...
