Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Supplier Quality Engineer , you will drive supplier quality performance, ensuring incoming material quality, supporting supplier audits, leading corrective actions, and partnering cross‑functionally to improve quality, reliability, and compliance.

You will be part of the CSBU Quality team supporting the CSIO, CSEN, CSIM, CSRF and CSSD divisions in Guadalajara.

What You Will Do

  • Drive supplier quality performance by monitoring internal and external supplier results and supporting improvement actions.
  • Lead supplier assessments, audits, and follow‑up activities to strengthen supplier capability and compliance.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to investigate defects, nonconformances, and quality disruptions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, SPC, PFMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
