Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing quality-engineering support between engineering and production to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
ØTake the leadership for both SQE and ASQE team
ØReview team members' quality skill, knowledge and capabilities and make training plan
ØEarly involvement for component PDP process to ensure the project safe launch
ØCSR understanding related with supplier and monitor CSR execute at supplier site for new projects.
ØFocus on quality concern and project potential quality risk escalated by CFT
ØTake lead for serious supplier quality problems solving
ØProvide supplier monthly reports, to include supplier quality performance, audit plan execution status etc..
ØSupport customer audit and internal quality system and process audit
ØParticipate in new supplier or new process assessment and qualification.
