Job Description
- Managing day to day FM operations for the area
- Managing day to day lead time and success rate
- Coordinating with hubs within the area in overseeing FM operations
- Managing timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experience
- Monitoring of shunting truck usage, AM & RR pick up & concerns, and RTS dispatch
- Monitoring of Ops clock compliance
- Managing key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
- Managing equal route distribution towards target truck/rider productivity set by Management
- Audit and validate operational SOP are being met
- Support Hub opening/closing for FM driver/riders/backroom deployment
- Support and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutions
