Position Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on, technically strong Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our production equipment. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while providing expert support on industrial controls, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strong leadership skills to maintain equipment uptime, reduce failures, and support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TPM methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems, preferably EAM Hexagon
  • Strong communication and team‑leadership abilities
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment and controls issues
