Job Description

An established manufacturer of premium bespoke joinery is seeking an experienced Spray Finisher / Paint Sprayer to join its workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, prime, sand, denib and spray bespoke joinery products.

  • Apply water-based and polyurethane (PU) finishes to MDF, hardwood, veneers, shaker doors and cabinetry.

  • Mix colours, maintain finish consistency and inspect completed work.

  • Maintain spray equipment and booth cleanliness.

  • Work to production deadlines while ensuring exceptional quality.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience spray finishing bespoke joinery.

  • Skilled with water-based paint systems and surface preparation.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.

    • Desirable:

  • Experience with Renner, Sayerlack, ICA or similar systems.
