What your day might look like
Supporting pupils in lessons, helping them stay focused and involved
Using your energy and creativity to keep learners engaged
Working 1:1 or with small groups who need extra support
Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
Supporting both classroom learning and active sessions
Helping create a fun, structured, and inclusive environment
