The Town of White City is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sport and Facility Coordinator to oversee the administration of facility, sport field, park, and recreation bookings while supporting the delivery of programs, events, and community initiatives.
Reporting to the Manager of Parks, Recreation and Culture, this position serves as the primary point of contact for facility rentals and sport bookings, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient scheduling, and strong relationships with user groups. The Coordinator also provides operational and administrative support for departmental projects, community partnerships, special events, recreation programming, and policy development.
