Spooling Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Startec Compression & Process is currently recruiting a Spooling Supervisor to work at our Shepard Shop The Spooling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all spooling operations to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently, an in accordance with quality standards. This role coordinates daily activities, supervises spooling personnel, enforces safety and procedural compliance, and works closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet schedule and client requirements. This supervisor also monitors equipment performance, addresses operational issues, and supports continuous improvement within the spooling area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Journeyperson Certificate in a related field (i.e., Pipefitting, welding)

5+ years of spooling production experience, ideally in Oil & Gas fabrication of compression or process packages would be preferred.
