Splunk  Observability Engineer
Job discription
  • Design, implement, and manage full-stack observability with Splunk APM, Infrastructure, and RUM.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and alerts for proactive issue identification.
  • Onboard and instrument applications and infrastructure to generate telemetry data (metrics, traces, logs).
  • Troubleshoot complex performance issues by analyzing traces, metrics, and log correlations.
  • Automate deployment and configuration of the Splunk Observability suite.
  • Collaborate with development and SRE teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Create and optimize Splunk Observability Queries (O11yQL) for advanced data analysis.
  • Manage and fine-tuning alerting thresholds to reduce noise and improve Mean Time to Detection (MTTD).
