About the Role

We are looking for a Splunk ITSM Engineer to join a dynamic international team supporting critical IT operations within a large-scale financial services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Splunk platform, ensuring effective monitoring, event management, observability, and integration with IT Service Management processes. This role will contribute to the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and enhance the Splunk platform.

Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, alerts, reports, and searches.

Integrate Splunk with monitoring and ITSM tools.
