Speech Pathology - Reading, PA

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services at two school locations in Reading, PA, approximately 15 minutes apart. This position offers a chance to work across both elementary and high school levels, serving a total of 45 students with diverse speech and language needs, including AAC and Autism support.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across elementary and high school settings.
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans targeting speech needs, AAC usage, and Autism-related communication challenges.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Providing consultation and training to staff and families regarding communication strategies and AAC devices.
