SLP needed asapThis position is based in the Sitka Rehabilitation Services Department with a primary focus on providing Pediatric Speech - Language Pathology (SLP) evaluations and treatments which impact patient’s functional abilities. REQUIRES CURRENT ALASKA LICENSEMUST HAVE COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONS Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education. 3 years of experience providing therapy to the patient population served by this position. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.Acute care hospital experience of at least three years including subspecialty areas of dysphasia and neurology is preferredExperience with modified barium swallow / video fluoroscopic swallowing studies and bedside “clinical” swallowing examinations, preferredLicensed by the State of Al...
