Job Description
The Speech/Language Pathologist assists in developing speech and language skills to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. In order to respond to the individual needs and abilities of students, the Speech/Language Pathologist must work closely with the families, clients and school districts. Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Lead therapy sessions and provide support to patients and families Document progress and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure best patient outcomes Stay current with industry developments and advancements in speech and language therapy Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working with a diverse client population Bilingual proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarit...
