Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and overall quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide therapy sessions targeting articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing concerns.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Prepare assessment reports and therapy progress reports.
• Educate parents/caregivers on home programs and therapy strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for integrated care.
• Maintain therapy materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Attend meetings, case conferences, and training as required.
