Job Description
Become a Speech Language Pathologist at School District No. 60, effective from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Deliver essential services to students K-12, with a focus on early years.
In this position, you will work closely with school teams to foster a collaborative environment for student support. Your responsibilities include assessing students' speech and language skills and developing tailored educational interventions. You will facilitate effective communication among educators, parents, and peers to enhance student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide SLP services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with schools for interventions at multiple support tiers
• Evaluate students using a range of assessment tools
• Develop, implement, and monitor educational intervention plans
• Recommend and assist with AAC set-up and use
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Membership eligibility in CHCPBC and relevant certifications
