Avir at Clyde, Clyde -TX is searching for a PRN Speech Therapist for this facility to provide direct patient care services, evaluate and make a plan or treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Provides skilled SLP services and interventions in accordance with regulations and need

• Evaluates, sets a course of action 

• Implements and modifies the patient’s  plan of treatment 

• Swallow studies and works with patients during meal times

• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate.

• Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

• Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.
