**Job Description**

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support students in an elementary setting in the Willard, MO area. This role offers a manageable caseload and a consistent school assignment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide speech and language therapy services
+ Manage and support a caseload of approximately 25–35 students
+ Develop and maintain individualized service plans
+ Collaborate with educators and support staff

**Qualifications**

+ Active SLP license and certification
+ Experience in school-based settings preferred
